I've had a lot of German cars (most recently an Audi A4 and BMW 3 Series) and been to a lot of shops and these guys at German Imports do a great job at reasonable rates and excellent service. They are straight forward, use the right parts, and do what's needed without the BS. Pretty sure they do all their business from word of mouth and are always busy...that's gotta tell you something.

German Imports is great. They've done work on my 2008 Mercedes C350 and 1986 Porsche 928S and have always done a great job. Their service was MUCH cheaper than the MB dealership. They did the transmission fluid change the right way: dropped the pan and replaced the filter and gasket. MB "flushes" it, meaning just pushing old fluid out by adding in new fluid. That leads to clogged filters and damaged transmissions. They also saw that the cam plugs were leaking and fixed them at the same time. That cleared up the hot oil smell under the hood and mystery leak if parked for a few days. Doing it at the same time as the transmission work saved me quite a bit of money. On the Porsche, the official dealerships won't touch it, don't know anything about 928s, and the car is older than most of their techs. Since there were/are so few 928s, most shops don't work on them. German Imports let me supply official Porsche parts and installed new fuel filter, lines, and did a complete transaxle fluid/limited slip differential service fast and pretty cheap. Solid guys, honest (I asked them to check "everything" and they didn't find or invent a problem) and pretty fast with the service. Very reasonable rates and prices are great too!

Great place to bring your family vehicle. My family has been bringing our cars her for 2 generations and have never had any problems.

Good Hands is a family owned shop with a staff that goes the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction and safety; I highly value those ideals. With every auto shop there is the worry that when you come in to have your brakes repaired you are soon notified of all the other things that could be fixed as well. And, although I did receive such a call, Nils (the owner) let me know what he thought to be safety issues rather than trying to sell me any and every worn part. They were very thorough and put no pressure on me to do additional work; he only informed me of the status of my vehicle, helping me to understand how exactly they were improving my car. This is the first auto shop I would I would literally send a "thank you" card.

These guys are great. Their service has been excellent, and they really know their German cars. We were able to have a conversation about what work really needed to be completed versus what can wait until later since repairing an Audi isn't exactly cheap. Their prices are very reasonable, much more reasonable than the dealerships.

Referred by a friend that has been using them for years. They did a great job and gave a fair price on my 335's rear brakes. Even updated my car's computer for free. I'll be using them in the future for all of my BMW service.
