The customer service was 100% on point! Never had to question that. But when you have a transmission flush and oil change (which take a lot of time and effort with these), and the first thing you notice is that they didn't reset the “service now” warning. Sucked as I had it serviced for a road trip to Louisville KY and didn't have time to get it to another service center before leaving. Why go through all that work and not do the little things?!? Which in my mind tells me they didn't do anything but bill me. Got it served in KY and won't be using them again. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Clearly, it was our mistake for not resetting that warning, and I sincerely apologize on the team's behalf. We're always so diligent about these details, and I'll see to it that doesn't change.
