I've been taking my German cars to Eric for more than 15 years now. At this point I'm dedicated to buying German cars just so I don't lose my mechanic! German Imports has NEVER tried to get me to authorize unnecessary repairs, and they don't have a huge mark up on parts, either. What I love most is that they communicate with me about upcoming repairs - e.g. "you'll need rear brakes in another few thousand miles" - this makes my Audi ownership experience much easier to budget. p.s. I'm also a lady. They don't try to take advantage of that, either!

I've been a happy customer of Joe and Eric for 20 years now. 4 Audis, 2 VWs, a Mercedes and a BMW. No problems, no regrets, no bad advice, no hidden anything. Honest work done right the first time. There's no question in my mind that I drive German cars because I was lucky to have been recommended this shop all those years ago. I will patronize this shop until the day they close or I die. It's that simple. :) If I could rank German Imports 6 stars I enthusiastically would!!

I have a Porsche 1974 914 I recently purchased. Parts and expertise is hard to find as there aren't very many on the road. I called German Imports and talked with Joe. He knows his stuff and worked on them since they came out. He got my car running and it didn't cost me my house to pay for it! Joe and German Imports are great and will take my car back!

This shop is exceptional. I used to bring in my Audi's and never had any issues with the work. Before I moved out of state, I brought in my new Lexus for new brakes. They performed the work and I had part issues a long time later. I contacted the shop and they were very professional and prompt in resolving the matter. The accountability was much appreciated.

It is good to find a car mechanic who is honest with the customer. Good Hands Auto is that company. Nils and company are professional, courteous, friendly and HONEST. I will continue to go back to Good Hands again and again.

Very satisfied after two visits. Today they charged me half of what the local Hyundai dealer quoted for the same service. The mechanics seem to have a lot of experience, and both they and the admin personnel are willing to discuss all options available to address your issue and keep you rolling. They want you to be a long-term customer, and treat you accordingly. They also shuttle.

How can they be getting these reviews when they take the bad reviews down. I find this dishonest and will never go back to them after my experience. I went in first part of July with specific check engine light codes knowing I needed a tuneup, motor mounts and oil change at the very least. They were originally going to charge for diagnosis but since they only did my oil change and no other work in an 8 hour day the owner said he would not charge me. I did not even find out anything about my van until I called about two p.m. the owner said he would call me back shortly to let me know the progress by 4 p.m. I knew my van would not have the work requested done. I went to pick up my van at 5:00 p.m. with other customers getting the runaround I got. We don't have the parts you will need to make another appointment. I don't have the staff to get to all of the jobs. If you have an appointment you should expect your vehicle to be first in line that day and get the bulk of a job done. If you have a big job I can see a couple days. The point is this is supposed to be a Christian business owner and he should be honest and keep up the most recent bad reviews instead of using reviews that are up to 3 years ago. I gave them a 2 because the owner did try to explain the problem and did want to try to have me come back. But with the little work that was done and now being dishonest I would recommend checking out other shops. Also his diagnostic fees are very high compared to some that are free. This shop is great! I have been using good hands for over 3 years now. They have always been very honest, and always go out of their way to help us. The owner nils rescued me today when my car died around the corner from the shop. They were swamped and he took the time to come jump my car so I could save a tow and get it to their shop. They unfortunately lost one of their main front desk employees recently and are going through a period where they are short staffed and there is a learning curve with new people but I've always found them very great to work with. Everyone has always been pleasant. I even needed copies of old receipts in the beginning of August and the person who answered the phone was very helpful.
