I'm really happy with German Imports/Japanese Car Care. Rob was so persistent in finding the problem with my car's suspension so the wheels could be aligned and didn't charge me for the extra parts and labor. He chalked it up to a learning experience. It's rare to find an honest mechanic these days. Though I live in Castle Rock, I will make the drive to German Imports to have my car serviced.

It was my pleasure to work with DMG Automotive. My vehicle needed extensive repairs and after researching a number of shops, I decided to have DMG perform the work. DMG performed a full inspection with photos and communicated everything my vehicle needed at the time. The repairs suggested were legitimate needs with nothing above and beyond, and the prices quoted were more than competitive. The repairs took a little longer than originally expected but Megan communicated well with me through the entire process. Vehicle runs great and I look forward to working with them when future mechanic needs arise. DMG is a class act!

Awesome!! Great customer service. Called frequently with updates and got approval before doing anything, with the price before hand. They were very flexable with pick up and drop off after hours. As a female, I worry about getting ripped off when it comes to vehicle repairs. They had a female working the front desk and phones. She was very knowledgable and made me feel more comfortable. Highly Recommend!!

This place is a customer's haven from money grabbing auto shops. They work quickly and efficiently and are affordable. Nice folks also.

Went to have them repair the a/c on my '94 Pontiac. Instead of finding the real problem and fixing it correctly, they saw fit to charge me $200 for a recharge that worked for about an afternoon. In addition, they somehow ripped my inside door panel completely away from the door and tried to conceal the damage. When I went back to confront them, everyone denied it of course. At the end of the day this place charged me 200 bucks to destroy my door panel and lie to my face about it. 2 stars only so folks who ignore 1 star reviews might read this and beware
