Took my Subaru in to get repair on timing belt and new headers, got the car back told parts where replaced with new ones, I was driving down I-25 and the car stopped running took it back, and took a few weeks for return once returned it worked for less then two weeks before something else stoped working. And that kept happening for a few months. Later on I was told that they supposedly informed me about all the “major” issues on the car And that they were the cause for the car to not be running properly but the people (another automotive shop) who actually put in the inspection work and gave us a detailed estimate on the car informed us that the “major” issues of the car we’re not in fact the reason why the car was not working the way it should. And DMG informed us if we took it to this shop which was under the same warranty as them that we would not have to pay since it was under the one year warranty but later on we were informed not by DMG but by the other shop that was not in Northglen/Denver But in Fort Collins that my car was towed by DMG back up to the DMG shop without our consent and later on are making us pay them so we can have our car back (and not for their work either, they are asking to get paid for the work the other shop did) Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
Mr. Martinez, your car still doesn't run right because you have additional repairs that are required that you refuse to do. If you go to a doctor and she tells you that you have a broken arm and the flu do you expect that her setting the broken arm will also cure the flu? If the additional repairs we have recommended are completed your car will run fine. -Al, owner
