I have regularly gone to good hands for the past 1-2 years and regularly they have treated me and my vehicles with professional care. In contrast to repair shops at dealerships who shall not be named, I feel comfortable with leaving my car there. Only suggestion would be to check in with your customers in the waiting every so often or when you get the chance, to let them know how repairs are going or whatever else. But I have only seen 2 people working at the front desk and it can get real busy for one person real quick if the other is not there or when its just a busy day. So with that my suggestion really can't be taken with too much weight, just something to keep in mind.

I really appreciate this place for taking my car and taking a look at it earlier than anticipated. Me and my dad decided to drop it off with no warning or appointment prior. The car condition was terrible in the suspension but the engine is perfectly OK. So I asked if I could leave it overnight despite the fact we have no appointment and it could even take a week to even get looked at. Well I got a call on Monday saying they are actually looking at the car right now and gave me a quote for the price. They consistently communicated with what I needed to see which was the most important items to be fixed in the car suspension. I had a Mercedes 09 E350 W211 And some of the parts like sway bar being Jerry rigged and control arm and bearing were fixed. After receiving the car it drove Way better than the last time even though I did not get it adjusted either. I still need new tires however and so recently I just took it to a tire shop The tire shop quoted me tires no problem. However they said with the alignment they were going to have a Lotta problems with adjusting some of the boards including the tie rods being severely bent. Well the problem was I asked if there was anything else wrong with the car or if we can just take it to a tire shop get it online and go. However that turned out not to be the case and they can’t even a line out without new tie rods. Was hoping that was not something that I would encounter and that they would’ve communicated here with me at German imports car care. I would rate for a star because of that however I really appreciate how they were able to take the car with no appointment and also communicate. I will have to bring it back future but I would like to make sure that more communication is needed and a better inspection is done as I also had to mention the sway bar in the past PS the guy told me that when he replaced the front right wheel bearing The first time it ended up being a faulty wheel bearing that would vibrate at 10 mph. Meaning they had to completely re-do the wheel bearing hub in the morning probably around 6 AM kind of thing so I also appreciate that they did that and was honest about it and not impacted the price
