Called around before taking my head here. They answered the quickest and cared the most about having my business. They kept their word and charged me what they orginally quoted. They also got the work done with exceptional speed and quality. Megan had a great attitude and seemed quite trustworthy. Overall nice to find a shop that cares, is honest, and does good work. I will definitely be taking all my automotive machine work here.

Thank you for the great review Matthew. We look forward to our continued work together. -Al, owner

Took my Subaru in to get repair on timing belt and new headers, got the car back told parts where replaced with new ones, I was driving down I-25 and the car stopped running took it back, and took a few weeks for return once returned it worked for less then two weeks before something else stoped working. And that kept happening for a few months. Later on I was told that they supposedly informed me about all the “major” issues on the car And that they were the cause for the car to not be running properly but the people (another automotive shop) who actually put in the inspection work and gave us a detailed estimate on the car informed us that the “major” issues of the car we’re not in fact the reason why the car was not working the way it should. And DMG informed us if we took it to this shop which was under the same warranty as them that we would not have to pay since it was under the one year warranty but later on we were informed not by DMG but by the other shop that was not in Northglen/Denver But in Fort Collins that my car was towed by DMG back up to the DMG shop without our consent and later on are making us pay them so we can have our car back (and not for their work either, they are asking to get paid for the work the other shop did) Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Mr. Martinez, your car still doesn't run right because you have additional repairs that are required that you refuse to do. If you go to a doctor and she tells you that you have a broken arm and the flu do you expect that her setting the broken arm will also cure the flu? If the additional repairs we have recommended are completed your car will run fine. -Al, owner

My ‘15 Mercedez c300 4matic had only 47,000 miles had a rough starting for a couple weeks. When I took my car in for maintenance, I asked the shop to take a look at the rough start. It took a week to diagnose the the issue. The shop was very busy and they just did not have the personnel to troubleshoot the issue. It turns out to be timing gear skipping outside the range of specification, and many parts had to be replaced. According to the shop manager Robert, this is a common issue that he sees weekly on German cars. I wanted to get a second opinion for this diagnosis, but it was impossible. The diagnosis already costed a fortune, and it would cost a lot just to put the car back together for me to drive out. I bit the bullet and had them do everything, for about $5,400. It took another 1 week to get the part there to be installed. I am happy with the fix, but unfortunately I could not get a second opinion to verify I needed all these things done. Some thoughts lingered in the back of my mind, why would a lightly driven 6 years old car have such an issue, requiring an equivalent of a heart surgery to restore the car to a smooth start? I guess I would never know. My conclusion is if I want a German car in the future, I better get an extended warranty to take care the major problem such as this. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Just like Robert said, Richard, timing-gear issues are quite common for these German vehicles. I know the cost of the repair was a concern for you, but I assure you that you made the right decision. In its own way, your Mercedes will thank you for it, and I also thank you for trusting us. Just reach out if you ever need another service in the future. -Alan, Owner

I'm a stickler for good customer service and man did they provide that. I called looking for a specialty bolt for my b5 a4 and within 5 minutes of looking a tech brought me exactly what i needed with a smile on his face. This shop definitely saved my hide and now I can drive safely again. Office staff was attentive and very friendly kept checking in with me. Will definitely be going back for my all audis needs.

It's wild to think how a specialty bolt can make such a difference whenever you take the wheel, Cody. Thanks again for putting your trust in our friendly team. If your Audi needs anything else, please let us know. -Alan, Owner

Robert and Sara were both professional and friendly when I spoke to them. The problem I was having did not show up in the diagnostics, but they assured me that if I had the problem again within the next few months I could return and they would attend to it. They were also very accommodating with a loaner car.

I'm certain Robert and Sara loved meeting you and discussing your needs, Kerry. Consider the loaner car our way of thanking you for choosing our auto shop. Like we said, if that issue pops up again, just let us know. We'll be ready to get right to work. -Alan, Owner

These guys are very detailed and thorough. The experience was easy and they have good communication, which is hard to find! I had a check engine light that wouldn’t go away after another shop couldn’t figure it out. Needless to say, it is no longer a mystery. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is due to the quote they gave for the maintenance items they suggested. They quoted $268 to replace an air filter. The quality of work is excellent for diagnostics. My only head-scratch moment was due to their pricing on maintenance items. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

When your check engine light is no longer a mystery, Joshua, you know you've found the right auto shop. Regarding your air-filter replacement, just keep in mind that we use top-of-the-line filters -- truly the best on the market. That applies to every other part you may need for your vehicle as well. If you ever require another service down the line, we'll be here for you. -Alan, Owner
