My car was done in a faster time than I expected. They even let me use a loaner car during that period due to my busy schedule. They are very communicative and the folks that I have talked to so far have great personalities, which makes me want to continue using German Imports for my car needs.

Great staff - have been bringing my vehicles here for the past two years and I always get honest quality work, very reasonable price, and they warrant their work,

Spent almost $9,000 on an engine and transmission rebuild all for it to die out on me and the check engine light to turn back on, after bringing it back 7 times for countless issues.

I trusted these people to rebuild my 350 5.7 engine and transmission. They did not do a good job at all. Have to bring my truck back to them 7 different times for them to fix it and it's still not fixed correctly. Paid them almost $9000 And they can't even get it right. Not to mention all the money I put in gas that they used up and did not want to reimburse me. They do not care about the customer the only thing they care about is money. Their mechanics are a bunch of jokes and now that Megan is gone now the customer service is a joke. They ripped me off and they will rip you off too. take your business somewhere else

Joe, getting engines as old as that in your daughter's truck to perfectly is difficult, which is why very few shops do it. I'm sorry you had to keep bringing it back, but we did stand behind our work until we got it running smoothly. That is until you asked us to remove the new distributor that we had installed. If it's not running correctly now it is probably because either it still has the old distributor installed or if you installed a new one yourself the engine is now not timed correctly. We did not "rip you off." Believe it or not, we operated in good faith. -Alan, owner

I've used up a lot of gas bringing my girlfriend to and from here to get her truck back from being "worked on", though said truck still isn't fixed. The vehicle had been there for nearly a year, and with the amount of issues it has, it's as if nothing was done to it in the first place. I wouldn't even call this place for a quote if it was the only place that could do anything at all. If a job is too hard to do, then the job shouldn't be accepted. On top of any excuse they can give you, that's the best thing they can do for you, excuses.

Took my truck to get the motor rebuilt completely stock. I go to pick it up and the headers aren’t tightened, it has a knock and they had used a whole tank of fuel driving it around. I waited another week on top of the 9 weeks I had already waited and it came back and I noticed nothing else I paid to be replaced was replaced. 0/10 don’t come here ever. These guys can do brakes and oil changes I wouldn’t trust them for much more. Service: Vehicle maintenance

Jared, I'm curious why you decided to leave us a review a year and a half after we worked on your vehicle. That was before I owned the shop so I can't see all the records, but it is false that we did not replace the parts we said we did or that we burned an entire tank of gas. Be careful what you post online as there can be legal consequences for posting false information. As I said in my voicemail and text to you, I would like to talk with you to resolve any further issues with your truck. -Al, owner
